Apply coffee scrub to damp skin in the shower using circular motions. Start from the feet and work upward toward the heart to support lymphatic drainage. Spend extra time on rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2 to 3 times per week for optimal results without over- exfoliating.
Targeted Cellulite Treatment
For cellulite-prone areas (thighs, buttocks, upper arms), apply a thicker layer of scrub and massage firmly for 3 to 5 minutes.
